Who the course is for

  • The examination of the definition of counselling, qualification structure and registration as a counsellor
  • Looking at different approaches such as psychoanalytical and psychodynamic and humanistic
  • A study of the work of Freud, Jung and Rogers amongst others, to look at the process of counselling and therapy
  • A course that takes an integrative approach, addressing different techniques and concepts
  • For anyone in a counselling situation, reading body language and other communication giveaways is key to recognising how clients feel about certain things. Clients will often verbally communicate the opposite to what their body language is saying – the course will help you to identify and translate.
