Christine Fox MBACP
Director, Counsellor & Holistic Therapist

About Christine

When her own life and career took an unexpected turn in 2016, Christine decided to seek new career options.  Having worked for many years in helping and teaching roles, she began to explore areas of learning that would allow her to support the wellbeing of others, in a personalised and individual way.

Fast forward to today and she’s now a fully qualified Counsellor, registered with BACP.  Along her learning journey, Christine has also gained qualifications in complementary therapies including Reiki, Reflexology and Indian Head massage and feels she can now support her clients in a wholly holistic therapeutic way.

She says: “I have always enjoyed learning new things and was excited starting a new career that would support the wellbeing of others”.
“My journey to becoming a Holistic Therapist began at a low point in my own life; divorced, bereaved, not sleeping and with various aches and pains. The doctor could only offer drugs which I really didn’t want, and the wait for NHS counselling was long.  I instinctively knew that I needed something else. Exploring various therapies and treatments, I began to realise the connection between mind, body and soul for myself.  I’ve trained and continue to develop my knowledge and skills, in the therapies that have transformed my own health and wellbeing.  It is my passion and great pleasure to now offer help and healing to others.”
